COVID-19 Update

As of June 1st, 2020, Atlantis Pools, Inc. is resuming in-store traffic with the following restrictions to better facilitate the health and safety of our customers and employees:

  1. We may limit the number of people allowed into our physical stores based on the total occupancy capacity of the location you are visiting. Please be patient. We will be happy to help you as quickly as we are able.
  2. If you have a health condition that limits your ability to comply, we would ask that you remain in your vehicle and call in your order. We will be happy to assist you in getting what you need in a manner that protects our other customers and employees health and safety.
  3. When shopping in our stores, we ask that you be courteous to other customers and our employees by respecting established social distancing guidelines.
  4. If you are unwell and have had a fever in the past 24 hours, we are asking that you respect the health and safety of our other customers and our employees and not enter our retail stores. Please place your order by phone, website, email or message, and we will be happy to load it for you.

We will continue to process orders for curbside pickup. To place an order for pickup, please read the following guidelines and information:

  1. Orders can be placed through a variety of channels. We are accepting orders by phone, through the LiveChat button on this website, through the Online Store on this website, and by e-mailing us directly at [email protected] . Please note that not all products are available through our Online Store. As such, we encourage you to reach out to us and allow us to get you everything that you need.
  2. During this time, we will observe normal business hours for order processing and pickup. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 10a.m.-5p.m., Saturday 9a.m.-4p.m., and Sunday 11a.m.-3p.m.
  3. All products are in-stock and available for pickup. Typical order processing time is around 15 minutes– though in some cases may be less. If you are unsure of what you need, please call or message us. We are happy to help you. We can even Facetime so you can see products on the shelf in order to make your selection.
  4. All orders are entered by Atlantis Pools staff, and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you along with payment instructions. In order to ensure a contact free and safe end-to-end transaction, we are asking that all orders be paid through the secure online payment form: If you are having trouble completing your transaction, please call or message us. We are happy to help you.
  5. If you are looking at Pools, Spas, or equipment, please call or message us. We can help you find the right product, and we are able to process and schedule those orders contact free.
  6. If you need something shipped to you, please call or message us. We can find a solution to get you the product you need safely.
