Purchase, Payment & Return Policy

All Sales on Above Ground Swimming Pools, Spas, Tanning Beds and Pool Tables are considered Final. No refunds will be issued.

All Special Order Items must be paid for in full before they will be ordered. This includes, but is not limited to: Spa Covers, Safety Covers, In-Ground Liners, Non-Stock Above Ground Liners, Above Ground Pools, Spas, In-Ground Pools and Parts. There will be no refunds issued for Special Order items. All sales are considered Final. Atlantis Pools, Inc. is not responsible for the installation timeline of third party installers and subcontractors.

Customers with no payment history may be required to pre-pay for their items and labor. Your purchase may be subject to credit approval.

A receipt dated within 14 Days is required for ALL returns and exchanges. Items being returned must be in “New” condition. Open items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Due to the restriction on the transportation and disposal of chemicals, we are no longer able to accept returns or exchanges on chemicals. All sales must be considered Final.

All refunds will be issued in the same manner they were originally paid. If payment was made in full or part by check, there will be a 14 day waiting period before a refund will be issued by check.

If you do not have your receipt, all refunds will be issued as Store Credit at the current Sale price.
